Disclaimer: We introduced the ‘Total Triage’ model to our practice at the end of December 2023. Consequently, the process of collecting Friends & Family Test Data has significantly changed. Unfortunately, this new method initially asked our patients for feedback even before they have received care from the practice. Not only this, but the system also requested alternative feedback right before asking the Friends and Family Test, resulting in some warped data collections. However, from May 2024 onwards, we have modified the process to gather more accurate and representative data. We expect this change to be reflected in our feedback scores.
