The DESMOND (Diabetes Education and Self-Management for Ongoing and Newly Diagnosed) programme provides:
Comprehensive 6-Hour Sessions: In-depth education tailored to help you manage your Type 2 diabetes effectively. (may be split up into two 3 hours sessions)
Local Venue: Conveniently held at Moor Park Health Centre, making it easy for you to attend.
