Dear Patients
We have recently been inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), sadly our inspection did not go as hoped and this will be reflected in the new rating. The CQC have shared with us a list of issues and we are currently working on addressing them. We are most confident that all matters will be resolved by the deadline given to us by the CQC of 8th August, after which we will be reinspected in the near future and an updated rating will be awarded and published. We will continue to engage with the CQC and their processes.
The matters highlighted focus mostly around recording of processes, procedures and policies, recording of team learning, HR documentation, remedial property work etc. and not on Clinical standards, performance delivery or caring for you as patients, for which our rating was good.
We will continue to provide you with a high-quality primary health care.
