There is a “call and recall” system to remind you about “smear tests” which are carried out by appointment with the Practice Nurses.
Women aged 25-49 years will be recalled every 3 years for routine tests, or as directed by the laboratory analysing the tests.
Women aged between 50-64 years will be recalled every 5 years.
